In this format, you only have 500 chips at your disposal for the 2x to 200x prize pools and 1,000 chips for the 1,000x shared prize. That means only one thing. The shorter the blind levels, the higher the sense of urgency that is injected into the action!
How to Register for a Fast Fortune Sit & Go at Juicy Stakes
Anyone can play Fast Fortune tournaments at Juicy Stakes. If you are not a registered player, no problem. Simply click on the Sign Up button at the top of the page, complete the online registration forms and you’ll be a bona fide player in no time at all.
Otherwise, enter your username and password to login. Once you are in the poker room, click on the field showing ‘Cash Games’ and select the Fast Fortune option from the drop-down menu. You will be presented with four Fast Fortune tournament logos displaying four buy-in levels – $0.25, $1, $5 and $10.
Select the buy-in level you are comfortable with and follow the prompts. Only once you have registered is the multiplier value revealed to determine the prize pool.
How the Fast Fortune Prize Pools are Shared
In this tournament format, there are nine possible multipliers – 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 100x, 200x 1,000x. The action continues until only one player remains. He or she is anointed the ultimate winner of the event with a top spot on the leaderboard.
In the 100x, 200x and 1,000x games, the winner is paid out a 1st place prize of up to $8,000. The other two players are paid out according to where they finish – either 2nd or 3rd. In all the other multiplier formats, the winner takes all.
As with all cash games and poker tournaments at Juicy Stakes Poker, a small percentage of the buy-in is taken as commission. In this instance, the rake or comm is set at 7%. The only exception is the $0.25 buy-in level, where we take an 8% commission.
